Job summary

Saltu Staffing is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join a leading Am Law 75 firm’s HR technology team, driving HRIS implementations, data migrations, and data-driven decision support.

The role emphasizes reporting, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with HR, Payroll, IT, and data teams, while upholding governance and security standards in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of HRIS or related tech experience.
• Hands-on HRIS implementation/migration experience.
• Experience with major HCM platforms (Workday/UKG/Dayforce).
• HRIS integrations and data exchange experience.
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills; advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data migration, validation, testing, deployment, and go-live optimization.
• Support integrations between HRIS, payroll, and other enterprise apps.

A leading Am Law 75 firm is seeking an HRIS Analyst to join their HR technology team supporting a major HR systems transformation. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong experience across HRIS implementations, integrations, data migration, reporting, and systems optimization, with the ability to partner across HR, Payroll, IT, and data teams.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support a major HRIS implementation and system transition
• Assist with data migration, validation, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization
• Support integrations between HRIS, payroll, and other enterprise applications

What we’re looking for:

• 4–6 years of experience within HRIS, HR systems, business systems, or a related technology-focused role
• Hands-on experience supporting an HRIS implementation, migration, upgrade, or major system transition
• Experience with a major HCM platform such as Workday, UKG, or Dayforce
• Experience with HRIS integrations and enterprise data exchange
• Strong reporting and data analysis skills, including advanced Excel
• Experience with testing, data validation, reporting, dashboards, and system enhancements
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams

Schedule:

Full-time, hybrid — minimum 3 days per week in office
