Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Lincoln, Nebraska seeks an HRIS Timekeeping SME who serves as the subject matter expert for Ryder’s timekeeping system(s). You will be the central point of contact for employees submitting time and supervisors approving it, bridging the system, its users and HR and Payroll.

You will coordinate across stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, guide users, support payroll processing, ensure policy and regulatory compliance, and help train new users and maintain training materials.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in HR, business, computer systems or similar discipline required or preferred.
• 1 year+ experience with timekeeping systems a plus.
• 2+ years in HR practices/policies, understanding HR role in business.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system(s).
• Conduct audits of timekeeping for policy/compliance and CBAs.
• Maintain relationships with HR and Payroll stakeholders for timely updates.
• Update and distribute timekeeping training materials.
• Grant timely access and training to new users and role changes.
• Complete proxy setups to prevent service disruption.
