Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. in Indianapolis is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for timekeeping systems.

You will serve as the central point of contact for employees submitting time and supervisors approving it, bridging the gap between the system, its users and HR and Payroll. You will coordinate across stakeholders, ensure system integrity, support timely payroll processing, troubleshoot issues, guide users, collaborate on enhancements, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, General Business, Computer Systems or similar required.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive support to employees and managers navigating the timekeeping system.
• Conduct regular audits of timekeeping usage for policy and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain collaboration with HR and Payroll stakeholders for timely updates.
• Update and distribute training materials for system changes and compliance.
• Ensure timely access and training for new and transitioning users.
• Complete proxy set-ups to prevent service disruption during absences.
• Address user inquiries on navigation and integrations.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate stakeholders or vendors.
• Monitor system reports for data integrity and anomalies.
• Build and maintain knowledge resources (QRGs, FAQs).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
