Nordson seeks an IT Manager to lead our HRIS team, delivering and optimizing global HR technology solutions across platforms such as Workday, UKG Dimensions, and Dayforce. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/HRIS/Business Systems or related field.
7+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or managing HRIS platforms and enterprise applications.
Strong experience with Workday and related HR technologies (Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, Time & Attendance).
Experience leading HR technology implementations, integrations, system upgrades, and enhancements.
Understanding of HR processes, solution delivery, and business process analysis.
Experience with workflow automation and AI-enabled capabilities.
Experience managing vendors and third-party technology services.
Proven ability to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Provide technical and functional leadership for the HR technology portfolio, including architecture, design oversight, integrations, reporting, security, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
Lead delivery, support, and optimization of HR technology platforms (Workday, UKG Dimensions, Dayforce) and related apps.
Establish standards, governance, adoption strategies, and best practices for HR tech platforms and service delivery, including AI/automation.
Partner with HR, IT, and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions aligning with business objectives.
Oversee vendor management, budgets, and resource allocation; drive continuous improvement of services.
Coach and develop a high-performing HRIS team and manage staffing plans and capacity.
