Job summary

Ensign-Bickford Industries, Inc. in Denver seeks a Manager, HR Technology to lead the digital transformation of our HR function, modernizing processes, strengthening the Workday ecosystem, and delivering scalable solutions across the globe.

You will partner with HR, IT, vendors, and leaders to drive data-driven decisions, expand employee self-service, and apply GenAI to improve productivity while ensuring governance, security, and compliance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience designing, implementing, optimizing, or supporting HR technology and HRIS solutions.
• Strong expertise with Workday and its broader ecosystem.
• Experience leading digital transformation, workflow automation, integrations, system upgrades, or process redesign.
• Ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into practical business recommendations.
• Experience applying GenAI to improve HR processes and productivity.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of HR data governance, privacy, security, and compliance.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Own HR technology strategy, roadmap, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Optimize Workday across HCM, Talent, Performance, Recruiting, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, Security, reporting, and integrations.
• Automate and streamline core HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, job changes, compensation, and exits.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics related to headcount, turnover, engagement, talent, and workforce trends.
• Identify practical opportunities to use AI, automation, integrations, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform tools.
• Lead HR technology projects and coordinate with cross-functional partners and vendors.
• Improve HR data governance, security, privacy, compliance.
• Support change management, communications, training, and technology adoption.
• Establish visual management tools to monitor process status, issues, adoption, and performance.
