Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC is seeking an HRIS Systems Analyst to maintain and optimize our HR technology landscape in Orlando, FL. The role involves translating business needs into technical requirements, leading system updates, and coordinating with HR across departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

The ideal candidate combines HR knowledge with HR technology expertise, handling system administration, data reporting, and project-led implementations to support efficient people management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years administering enterprise HR technology systems.
• Minimum 2 years experience with SQL / ad-hoc reports.
• Experience supporting HR teams or customers on HR technology systems.
• Experience in HR analytics and reporting.
• Understanding of API and SSO functionality.
• Ability to troubleshoot system and file integration issues.
• Proficiency with Excel and ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of vendor data feeds and data security.

Responsabilités

• Consult with HR managers to determine HRIS needs.
• Analyze HRIS performance metrics and resolve issues.
• Document processes and compile data analysis reports.
• Assist with system upgrades and QA testing.
• Optimize HRIS processes and integrate new software.
• Run SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Maintain HR metrics recording and security for HR systems.
• Manage daily HRIS operations and system integrity.
