Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years HR experience including HRIS, employee records, onboarding, benefits, performance, and communications.
• 3–5 years advanced HRIS data management; Zoho People Plus preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills, including advanced Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; confidentiality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with urgency and diplomacy.
• Experience in Federal Contractor environments is a plus.
• Proficient in English; Real ID driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• HRIS Data Management — Maintain accurate employee lifecycle data and troubleshoot system issues.
• Employee Support — Provide timely assistance to employees on HRIS and HR processes.
• Confidentiality & Integrity — Manage sensitive HR information with discretion.
• HR Program Administration — Support onboarding, offboarding, benefits, leaves, performance, and engagement.
• Digital Record keeping — Audit and maintain digital employee records.
• Uniform Store Management — Oversee inventory and process employee orders.
• Communications & Events — Assist with HR communications and company events.
• Compliance Support — Monitor regulatory changes and maintain required documentation.
• Process Improvement — Recommend HRIS workflow enhancements.
