Job summary

Self Opportunity, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an HRIS Systems Administrator to keep our HR systems running smoothly and scale with the business.

You will run day-to-day HRIS operations, manage user permissions, build reports, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and leadership to implement improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role with Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM.

A bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years HRIS experience, including ADP Lyric, are required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on HRIS experience, including ADP Lyric (onboarding, workforce management, reporting and analytics)
• Experience working with multiple payroll providers
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business or a related field
• Strong project management, problem-solving and communication skills
• A high level of discretion with confidential data

Responsibilities

• Run day‑to‑day HRIS operations, upgrades and customizations
• Manage user permissions, security settings and data privacy compliance
• Build custom reports and automate processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Work with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, IT and leadership to find and make system improvements
• Troubleshoot issues, document workflows and support users across the business
