Addison Group, a well-established energy company partner in Austin, TX, seeks an HRIS Manager to lead HRIS processes, ensure data integrity, and own HR systems across platforms. The role emphasizes leadership in system ownership and ongoing improvements.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR Operations/HRIS with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors or ADP experience. This hybrid role involves collaboration with multiple teams, system upgrades, and data governance.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, or HR systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or ADP required; strong experience with other HRIS platforms will also be considered.
• Experience managing HRIS processes, system implementations, or system transitions preferred.
• Strong understanding of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and HR data management.
• Experience with HR reporting, data audits, and maintaining accurate employee records.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze and interpret HR data.
• Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage projects, take ownership of processes, and work cross‑functionally with multiple departments.
• Associate degree preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the administration and ongoing management of the company's HRIS platform, including system workflows, employee data, reporting, and system functionality.
• Support HRIS implementation and system improvements, including the transition to SAP SuccessFactors.
• Manage HR data integrity by conducting regular audits, reconciliations, and troubleshooting discrepancies across HR and payroll systems.
• Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and analytics to support workforce planning and business decisions.
• Oversee employee immigration and work authorization tracking, including visa expirations, renewals, and coordination with external immigration counsel.
• Manage system integrations between HRIS, payroll, benefits, finance, and other business platforms.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Total Rewards, IT, and other departments to improve HR processes and system functionality.
• Manage HRIS-related projects, system updates, user support requests, and process improvements.
• Maintain system documentation, provide training, and serve as a resource for HR team members and employees.

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 / Per Hour
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Start Date: November 23rd
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8AM-5PM

This individual will oversee HR systems, manage HRIS processes, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HR Operations or HRIS experience, with hands‑on experience using SAP SuccessFactors or ADP.
