Self Opportunity, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an HRIS Systems Administrator to keep our HR systems running smoothly and scale with the business.

You will run day-to-day HRIS operations, manage user permissions, build reports, and collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT and leadership to implement improvements. This is a full-time, on-site role with Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM.

A bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years HRIS experience, including ADP Lyric, are required.

• 2–3 years of hands-on HRIS experience, including ADP Lyric (onboarding, workforce management, reporting and analytics)
• Experience working with multiple payroll providers
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business or a related field
• Strong project management, problem-solving and communication skills
• A high level of discretion with confidential data

Responsabilidades

• Build custom reports and automate processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

Self Opportunity Inc. is partnering with one of the largest multi‑brand restaurant franchise organizations in the U.S. to hire an HRIS Systems Administrator. You’ll keep the company’s HR systems running smoothly and help them scale as the business grows.

Schedule:

Full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM

What You’ll Do
