Job summary

Schindler in Morristown, NJ is seeking an HRIS Specialist to maintain employee master data, implement HRIS process improvements, ensure data accuracy, and prepare, analyze, and deliver HR-related reports to support decision making.

Responsibilities include auditing data integrity across systems, developing procedures and documentation, training system users, partnering with IT and Global HR Solutions on projects, managing internal support tickets, and contributing to UAT and workflow

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2–4 years HRIS experience.
• HRIS experience with Global View, SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Strong understanding of position management.
• Interfacing across business and IT communities with IT knowledge.
• Knowledge of government HR regulations affecting HRIS.
• Strong discipline across HR domains.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of operations to support HRIS aligned with HR objectives.
• Audit data integrity by running queries and analyzing data.
• Develop user procedures, guidelines and training for system users.
• Partner with IT and Global HR Solutions on projects and updates.
• Manage internal HRIS support tickets for lifecycle events.
• Contribute to project work: issue evaluation, feature implementation, UAT.
• Create and maintain SOPs related to HRIS responsibilities.
