You will audit data, develop user procedures, train system users, and collaborate with IT and Global HR Solutions on projects and system updates, while managing lifecycle event tickets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 2 - 4 Years HRIS experience.
• HRIS experience with Global View, SAP and SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of position management.
• Strong IT interface skills across business and IT.
• Understanding of government HR record-keeping requirements.
• Strong HR discipline knowledge.
• Commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee master data within HRIS.
• Implement process improvements in the HRIS and ensure data integrity.
• Prepare, analyze, and deliver HR-related reports for decision-making.
• Audit data across systems and develop user procedures and documentation.
• Train system users on new processes and collaborate with IT and Global HR Solutions on projects.
• Manage internal support tickets for employee lifecycle events.
• Participate in projects and UAT to implement features and workflow improvements.
