Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field/discipline (ie: HRIS, information systems).
• 2 - 4 Years HRIS experience.
• HRIS experience with Global View, SAP and Success Factors.
• Strong experience/understanding of position management.
• Strong business orientation combined with excellent information technology knowledge in order to interface effectively across both the business and IT communities.
• Excellent understanding of government requirements and regulations as they impact human resource record keeping and HRIS systems.
• Strong functional knowledge across all key human resource disciplines.
• Strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company's operations and employee population in order to support the company's HRIS in a manner that compliments and supports the company's overall human resource objectives and operations.
• Perform appropriate auditing by running queries and analyzing data to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train system users on new processes/functionality.
• Partnering cross-functionally with associated team members including IT and our Global HR Solutions team as it relates to upcoming projects and system updates.
• Responsible for managing assigned internal support ticketing requests for employee lifecycle events.
• Project work including evaluating issues, system features implementation, process Project work including evaluating issues, system features implementation, process and workflow improvement, and performing UAT.
• Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to areas of responsibility.
