Job Description

Position Overview: This position is an entry-level HRIS role focused on troubleshooting daily inquires from the employee group and general maintenance of the Workday HRIS. This position plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy, providing user support in different mediums, and assisting with optimizing HR processes, as needed.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Provide support to the employee group by troubleshooting daily inquires, escalating complex inquires, as needed
• Assist with the creation and distribution of standard Workday reports and dashboards
• Perform routine audits of Workday data to ensure compliance with internal policies and data integrity
• Assist with testing new Workday features, releases, and configuration changes under the guidance of HRIS team.
• Create and maintain end user training materials and job aids, as needed
• Create and maintain job profiles within Workday, ensuring complete profiles are housed accurately
• Ensure onboarding tasks are completed timely by new employees
• Other duties as assigned
