Job summary

Rippling is seeking Solutions Consultants to drive value in our HR product suite. You will work with sales, understand technical requirements, and run compelling demonstrations and POCs for prospective customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a pre-sales role with HRIS/HCM/Payroll/Time & Attendance experience, or 3+ years in HR as a practitioner.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to drive prospect success during evaluation.
• Explain technical requirements and business value of Rippling HR products.
• Lead demos and POCs addressing customer objectives.
• Create and present technical content to ensure customer success with Rippling HR suite.

About The Role

Solutions Consultants help both internal and external stakeholders find value in Rippling’s HCM Business Suite. Our Solutions Consultants focus on revenue generation, value-driven presentations, and enabling our prospective customers to realize the value of Rippling. Experience working in a pre-sales capacity with HR systems is required.

You will join a diverse and exceptional team of Solutions Consulting professionals. Rippling SCs drive value for customers and enable a best-in-industry buying experience. What You Will Do

• Partner with the Sales team to ensure the success of prospects during their evaluation of Rippling
• Understand a prospect’s technical requirements and convey the business value of Rippling’s HR product suite
• Manage technical demonstrations and POCs for prospects that address their unique business objectives
• Create, present, and maintain technical content such that customers are successful using the Rippling HR product suite
• Provide customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams
• Become a product expert across the entire Rippling platform and understand the competitor landscape
• Work with your SC peers and SC leadership to build a best-in-class SC organization

What You Will Need

• 1-3 years of experience in a pre-sales role with experience in HRIS, HCM, Payroll, Time and Attendance and/or 3+ years of equivalent systems experience as an HR Practitioner
• Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience required
• Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills
• Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time

This role will receive a competitive On-Target Earnings (base salary + sales commission) + benefits + equity. The On-Target Earnings* for US-based employees will be XX/XX commission split for base/variable pay, and aligned with one of the ranges below based on location; see which tier applies to your location here.

A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, and location. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed below.

111,000 - 185,000 USD per year(US Tier 1)

97,200 - 162,000 USD per year(US Tier 2)

105,000 - 175,000 USD per year(US Tier 3)
