Job summary

Airbus Americas, Inc. is seeking a Senior HRIS Specialist (Contract) to join the HR team in North America. The role focuses on implementing Workday HCM capabilities for Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Time, and Payroll, while guiding the transition to a new tech stack and operating model.

The position reports to the Head of HRIS for North America. Responsibilities include partnering with HR, IT and Legal, ensuring regulatory compliance, data security, auditing, and vendor management, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Computer Science, HR Management or equivalent.
• 15 years of relevant work experience.
• 10+ years experience with HRIS implementations (HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Time Management and Payroll).
• Experience with Workday HCM Suite and/or Dayforce.

Responsibilities

• HRIS Specialist responsibilities spanning HCM, Compensation, Absence Management, Time Management, Payroll and Benefits (50%).
• Oversee HRIS systems administration, development, maintenance and upgrades.
• Transform HRIS roadmap onto Workday, ServiceNow and new HRIS technologies.
• Provide system solutions through detailed business process analysis and testing.
