Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Project Specialist, HRIS (Contractor) to support planning, coordination, and on-time execution of HRIS initiatives. You will work with HR, IT, and vendor teams to build timelines, track tasks, and keep stakeholders aligned on deadlines.

The role requires strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and detailed project documentation. On-site Phoenix work with standard business hours and a focus on reliability and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in project coordination or HR operations.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders to move work forward.
• Experience preparing clear status updates and project documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain schedules and track tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build and communicate HRIS project timelines and milestones.
• Provide clear status updates and risk communications to teams.
• Engage HR, IT, and vendor stakeholders to gather inputs.
• Track tasks and dependencies to surface delays.
• Escalate risks or resource constraints when needed.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and logs.
• Coordinate project meetings and capture decisions.
• Support UAT and rollout activities for HRIS projects.
• Monitor progress and flag variances to keep on schedule.
• Maintain organized project records and confidentiality standards.
• Respond to day-to-day stakeholder questions and escalate where needed.
