Job summary

TSMC Arizona is seeking a Project Specialist, HRIS to coordinate timelines and deliverables for HRIS initiatives. You will engage HR, IT, and vendor teams to gather inputs, track progress, and communicate status to leadership.

The role focuses on office-based project coordination, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time delivery of HRIS projects and system rollouts in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or HR operations.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders to move work forward.
• Experience preparing clear status updates, meeting notes, or project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and communicate project timelines for HRIS initiatives.
• Communicate project status, deadlines, risks, and changes proactively.
• Engage HR, IT, and vendor stakeholders to gather requirements and inputs.
• Track tasks and deliverables from initiation to completion, surfacing delays early.
