Job summary

Ampere Computing is seeking a People and Culture (P&C) Coordinator to join our People and Culture team. You will help maintain accurate employee data across HR systems, process updates, and support HR operations with confidentiality and integrity.

Responsibilities include entering data from talent acquisition, processing hires, transfers, and terminations, generating routine HR reports, and supporting onboarding/offboarding.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supporting HRIS, enterprise applications, business systems, or HR operations.
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong data entry and data integrity focus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Register accurate data from talent acquisition into the HRIS.
• Design and document consistent HR transactions processes.
• Investigate, communicate, and resolve data issues with a positive customer experience.
• Provide support in cross-functional projects related to people and culture data, integrations, and processes.
• Enter, update, and maintain employee information in HR systems.
• Process new hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, leave records, and terminations.
• Verify data for accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Maintain electronic and physical personnel records.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare routine HR reports and data summaries.
• Assist with payroll, benefits, attendance, and timekeeping data updates.
• Coordinate HR system access and employee profile changes.
• Monitor data-entry workflows and meet processing deadlines.
• Respond to inquiries about HR records and system information.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data.
• Follow data-protection requirements and HR procedures.
• Support HR projects, audits, system testing, and process improvements.
