Job summary

Ampere, a cutting-edge semiconductor design company, seeks an HR Systems Analyst to configure and optimize HRIS platforms, safeguard data integrity, and support vendor integrations across HR, payroll, finance, and benefits.

You will collaborate with People & Culture, IT, and Finance to define requirements, test solutions, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced, agile environment. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of HRIS experience are required.

• Proven experience supporting HRIS and enterprise applications.
• Ability to document processes and improve data integrity.
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and maintain HRIS platforms and data quality.
• Support integrations between HRIS, payroll, finance, and benefits systems.
• Define use cases, collect requirements, and manage test plans for implementations.
• Educate stakeholders across IT, Finance, and HR on system changes and data governance.
• Assist audits, upgrades, and change-management activities for HR tech.
