Job summary

True Platform is seeking an HR Operations Analyst to own our HRIS administration, data integrity, and reporting infrastructure. You will translate operational complexity into clean data and actionable insights to support leadership decisions.

You will build a library of recurring reports, manage integrations across HR systems, and help scale our people data foundation while ensuring privacy and governance across geographies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in HRIS administration, people analytics, or HR systems in a complex environment.
• Hands-on experience administering an HRIS platform (Paylocity, Workday, BambooHR, ADP, or similar) with high data accuracy.
• Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets including pivot tables and lookups.

Responsibilities

• Own HRIS administration: configuration, user access, data integrity, and maintenance.
• Build and maintain recurring people reports (headcount, attrition, hiring activity, tenure, compensation).
• Own integrations between HRIS and payroll/finance systems and troubleshoot data flow issues.
• Establish data standards and monitor data quality across geographies.
