True Platform is seeking an HR Operations Analyst who will be the internal expert on people data and systems. You will own the HRIS integrity, build reporting infrastructure, and ensure data flows across the people tech stack as the company scales.

This role combines hands-on system administration with analytics: audits for accuracy, maintenance of integrations, and delivery of recurring headcount and attrition reports to inform leadership decisions.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in HRIS administration or people analytics.
• Hands-on HRIS experience with Paylocity, Workday, BambooHR or ADP.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills including data modeling.
• Experience building reports/dashboards; BI tools a plus.
• Ability to work across systems and map data flows.
• Structured thinker who defines clear analysis scope.
