La Clinica de La Raza is seeking an HRIS Specialist to support day-to-day HRIS operations, ensure accurate data in ADP and payroll systems, and maintain employee records across sites in California. Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in HR, Business or related field; Bachelor’s preferred.
• One year of HR and/or Payroll experience, preferably healthcare.
• Experience with ADP WFN or HRIS systems.

Responsibilities

• Enter HR data into ADP and related systems accurately and timely.
• Maintain HR databases with hires, terminations, leaves, and other changes.
• Support HR management and HRIS maintenance; ensure data integrity.
• Assist with audits, reports, and compliance verifications.
• Coordinate with Payroll on timekeeping and HR system issues.
