La Clinica de La Raza is seeking an HRIS Specialist to support day-to-day HR system operations, data entry in ADP, payroll alignment, and recordkeeping. You will maintain employee files and ensure accurate HRIS records.

This role collaborates with HR and Payroll, supports audits, and helps implement system improvements while ensuring compliance with federal and state requirements. Associate degree is required, healthcare HR experience preferred, and strong attention to detail and communication

Formación

• Minimum Associate’s Degree in HR/Business or related field.
• One year experience in HR and/or payroll, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data integrity is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs HR data entry in ADP and related systems.
• Processes personnel changes accurately and timely; maintains HR databases.
• Maintains and updates employee records and supporting documentation.
• Provides admin support to HR management and HRIS maintenance.
• Monitors data integrity and assists in HR compliance audits.
• Responds to routine information requests and employment verifications.
• Generates standard HR reports and supports department initiatives.
• Assists with documents for contract negotiations and labor relations.
• Advances HRIS operations through timely issue resolution and process improvements.
• Collaborates with Payroll to resolve timekeeping and HRIS issues.
