Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5+ years HR experience with HRIS, benefits, and compensation.
• Experience in a California employment environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer ADP HRIS and manage data accuracy.
• Oversee benefits programs including enrollment and compliance.
• Analyze HR metrics and generate reports for leadership.
• Ensure CA wage/hour compliance and ERISA guidelines.
• Support audits and regulatory reporting.
