Job summary

Form Energy is hiring a Staff HRIS Analyst to support the technical administration of People systems, primarily Oracle Cloud HCM. This role partners with the People Systems team to optimize configurations, test features, and ensure HR tech aligns with evolving business needs while maintaining data integrity.

The role requires 7+ years' experience with HR data and systems, Oracle HCM administration, and SQL proficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years’ experience working with HR data and systems.
Proficient in Oracle HCM administration and related modules.
Experience writing Oracle Fast Formulas and using SQL.
Strong ability to document workflows and business requirements.
Excellent customer service to internal/external users.

Responsibilities

Supports administration of HR data, system configuration, data architecture, workflows, and processes.
Identifies opportunities to optimize HR processes and automate routines.
Collaborates with People Systems to resolve process issues and implement improvements.
Develops and executes test scripts for system releases and changes.
Maintains HR data integrity through regular audits and data quality checks.
Creates end-user documentation for HR teams, managers and employees.
