Job summary

The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) is seeking an Operations Analyst – HR: Employment (NYCT) to administer and support HR Employment activities, process transactions, and ensure accuracy across records. The position is located at 149 Pierrepont St, Brooklyn, NY, with standard hours of 9 AM–5:30 PM.

Responsibilities include data gathering, validation, data entry in PeopleSoft, document review, and delivering timely customer service.

Qualifications

• HR Employment data processing experience required.
• Experience with PeopleSoft or related database software.
• Ability to work in a team and handle confidential information.
• Strong communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and maintain data and other transaction inputs.
• Gather forms and track status.
• Enter transactions in PeopleSoft and service request tools.
• Provide satisfactory customer service by handling inquiries.
