Job summary

Sandvik seeks an HR Contact Advisory Specialist with a hybrid work schedule to support recruitment, HR data management, and policy inquiries. This role involves Workday HRIS usage for onboarding, I-9 verifications, and employee records, while coordinating employment checks and generating HR reports for stakeholders.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in HR, strong English communication, and experience with MS Office and cloud-based HR tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associates Degree in HR or a related field.
• A Bachelor's Degree is not required but is preferred.
• Spanish proficiency not required but is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Recruiting Manager and HR Generalist with recruitment steps in Workday HRIS.
• Coordinate or conduct employment checks (right to work, medical, references, criminal records).
• Maintain employee data and records in Workday and other HR systems.
• Monitor and administer Workday processes per approval chains.
• First point of contact for HR inquiries and policy interpretation.
