Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have minimum 2 years HR experience in a professional environment.
• Experience onboarding new hires and maintaining HR records.
• Familiarity with I-9 verifications and Workday processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Recruiting Manager and HR Generalist in Workday HRIS tasks.
• Review employment contracts and create offer letters.
• Coordinate employment checks (right to work, medical, references, background).
• Maintain HR data in Workday and other HR systems (SharePoint, etc.).
• Generate monthly and ad hoc HR reports for stakeholders.
