You will work with HR leaders to implement performance management, ensure data accuracy and security, and support smooth system launches with onboarding and implementation teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HRIS administration, HR tech implementation, or HR operations.
• Strong systems aptitude and a process-oriented mindset.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to identify issues and drive effective resolutions.
• Strong commitment to quality, confidentiality, and client success.

Responsibilities

• Configure AllianceHCM's core HR modules and customize applicant tracking experiences.
• Create digital onboarding journeys and establish employee lifecycle workflows.
• Develop and validate compliance processes, including I-9 and E-Verify integrations.
• Configure security structures, hierarchies, and approval routing for governance.
• Support performance management implementations, testing, and data audits.
• Collaborate with onboarding and implementation teams to ensure smooth launches.
