Your Day-to-Day:

As the second-largest privately held payroll provider in the nation, we're dedicated to delivering top-notch HCM solutions. That's where our HCM Onboarding Coordinator comes in! You'll work with the implementation specialist and other stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely information transfers and benefits implementation. As needed, you'll also help train internal team members on AllPay and other platforms.

This is a detail-driven role where you'll help convert, balance, and reconcile vital employee data in the system (wages, tax liabilities, agency POA's, banking data, etc.) before the first payroll. To make sure everything's set up properly, you'll perform quality assurance checks to verify proper payroll, PTO, time entry, benefit deductions, garnishments, and HR processes. If you notice any issues, you'll promptly bring them to attention and get them resolved. Additionally, you'll assist with project forecasting, communications, and alterations as needed to ensure our processes appropriately meet each customer's needs.

Our Ideal HCM Onboarding Coordinator:

• Direct, hands-on experience with human capital management (HCM) systems, SaaS, CRM, or similar project management technology
• Experience with online time-keeping solutions
• Outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport and develop/maintain strong internal and external relationships
• Preferred - bachelor's degree
• Preferred - experience using Swipeclock, Excel, and/or SQL Server
