Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, or related field; 3+ years experience with HRIS.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with HR processes and data structures.
• Ability to collaborate across functional areas.
• Proficiency with enterprise systems and data management.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert and ensure reliable integrations.
• Lead or support HR technology projects and upgrades.
• Configure and maintain HRIS systems and data integrity.
• Collaborate with IT and stakeholders to optimize ERP and HR applications.
