Qualifications

• 3+ years managing HR business systems and data.
• Experience with UKGpro highly desired.
• Experience leading and developing an HR team.
• Extensive HR knowledge across performance, benefits, lifecycle.
• Ability to learn HRIS systems and train others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all HRIS administration activities.
• Manage data integrity, generate queries and create reports.
• Develop and implement technology solutions and establish policies.
• Conduct training to maximize effective use of systems.
• Align solutions with HR policies, workflows and system capabilities.
• Build relationships with staff, peers and senior leadership.
