Collaboration across HR, IT, Finance, and external consultants will be essential to drive continuous improvement and system enhancements. The incumbent will lead HR technology projects, manage system configurations, and assist in budgeting and governance for HRIS efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five or more years of HRIS experience, including three years of Workday administration and 2-3 years of ServiceNow design, implementation, and support.
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules, configurations, security, and reporting tools.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow configurations and integration with HCM solutions.
• Experience leading HR technology projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
• Ability to collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, senior leaders and consultants.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with proactive system-improvement mindset.

• HRIS Strategy Execution & System Oversight: deliver roadmap initiatives for HR systems and collaborate with stakeholders to drive improvements.
• System Optimization: optimize modules (Core HCM transition to Workday, HR Portal from ServiceNow), configure integrations, test, and secure systems.
