Blackstone seeks an HRIS Associate to support HR technology platforms, with a primary focus on ServiceNow HRSD and Workday. You will partner with HR, Technology, and business stakeholders to identify improvements, document requirements, and implement best-practice solutions across the firm.

You will test, plan UAT, manage changes, and maintain SOPs and knowledge articles. You’ll support rollout, training, and ongoing improvements to ensure scalable HR technology.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HRIS experience and familiarity with HR technology platforms.
• Experience with Workday HRSD and ServiceNow HRSD is highly preferred.
• Solid understanding of HR, payroll and finance processes and procedures.
• Experience working in a global, fast-paced organization and handling sensitive data.

Responsabilités

• Support ongoing management, enhancement, and optimization of HR technology platforms (ServiceNow HRSD and Workday).
• Collaborate with HR, Technology, and business stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities and document requirements.
• Coordinate testing activities, including test planning, script development, execution, defect resolution, and UAT.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides, and knowledge articles; support change management and training.
