Job summary

HonorVet Technologies is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to support U.S. HR Operations through high-volume Workday Core HCM processing, ServiceNow case management, and complex Tier 2/3 employee support. This role focuses on accurate data handling and timely resolution across HR functions.

The ideal candidate will own investigations from inception to resolution, collaborate with multiple HR COEs, and maintain compliance and data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR Operations experience.
• Hands-on experience processing HR transactions in Workday Core HCM.
• Experience managing employee cases using ServiceNow HRSD or similar.
• Strong understanding of HR operations and Workday processes.
• Experience supporting compensation-related transactions and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting SLAs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume Tier 1 Workday Core HCM transactions for the employee lifecycle.
• Process and validate compensation-related transactions in accordance with policies.
• Support organizational data maintenance within Workday, incl. supervisory updates.
• Perform quality reviews to ensure data integrity and successful Workday processes.
• Provide Tier 2/3 HR Operations support by resolving complex inquiries in Workday and ServiceNow.
• Identify process improvements and assist with UAT and operational readiness.
