Job summary

Blackstone seeks an HRIS Associate to support HR technology platforms, focusing on ServiceNow HRSD and Workday. You will partner with HR, Technology, and business stakeholders to document requirements, identify improvements, and deliver platform enhancements.

The role includes testing, change management, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure scalable HR solutions across a global organization. Prior HRIS experience is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HRIS experience.
• Workday and ServiceNow HRSD experience preferred.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.
• Experience in a global organization is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR, payroll and finance processes.
• Experience handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, written and verbal.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Support HRIS platform enhancements and testing, including UAT.
• Assist with change management, documentation, and user adoption.
• Coordinate testing activities and defect resolution.
• Develop SOPs and knowledge articles.
• Monitor platform performance and data quality.
• Support governance and release-readiness reviews.
• Collaborate with HR, Technology, and business stakeholders on requirements.
• Provide ongoing support for HR technology projects.
