Job summary

You will partner with stakeholders across HR and IT to align system capabilities with business needs, manage the HRIS roadmap, and supervise budget while delivering efficient, compliant HR processes.

Qualifications

• Leads HRIS configuration, updates, and optimizes HR applications and integrations with payroll, benefits, and recruiting.
• Ensures data governance and regulatory compliance for employee records and data privacy.
• Manages security permissions and vendor relationships across HRIS platforms.
