Job summary

You will partner with stakeholders, optimize HR workflows, and manage vendor SLAs and budgets while mentoring staff and delivering a modern HR technology environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience required.
• 7+ years of progressive HRIS management experience in large organizations.
• 5+ years of experience mentoring and developing staff.
• 5+ years managing vendor SLAs, performance, and contracts.
• Proven track record stabilizing HR systems and optimizing post‑go‑live processes.
• Experience with SAP and UKG integrations preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead HRIS system administration, configuration, maintenance, and integrations (payroll, benefits, recruiting).
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate HR tasks for efficient workflows.
• Enforce data governance and accuracy, ensuring privacy compliance.
• Standardize self-service reporting to improve access to real‑time data.
• Maintain HRIS roadmap and assess enhancements to leverage investments.
• Perform managerial duties including hiring, coaching, and budget oversight.
