Briggs & Stratton, LLC in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, seeks an experienced Manager HRIS to lead HR systems, oversee vendor relationships, and drive platform optimization and data integrity across payroll, benefits, and recruiting.
You will partner with business stakeholders, standardize HR workflows, manage the HRIS roadmap, mentor staff, and oversee budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness while delivering secure, self-service reporting. This hybrid role supports a large, global manufacturing environment.
As a Manager HRIS your goal is to manage, implement and maintain all HR systems, services, and applications used to house or transport employee data for the Company. You'll lead project coordination and day-to-day management for the Company's Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) team and oversee vendor management to ensure system performance standards are met. Additionally, you'll work to drive platform optimization, data integrity, and self-service.
