Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Minimum of five years configuring, supporting, or administering Workday HCM and Workday Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of HRIS systems and establish governance structures.
• Lead system upgrades, new module implementations, and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, procedures, and user guides/SOP.
• Deliver Workday HCM training sessions for end-users and new hires.
• Collaborate with Payroll and IITS on integrations and data exchanges.
