Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of HRIS experience with substantial Workday hands-on expertise.
• Strong Workday administration, configuration, business processes, and system support.
• Experience troubleshooting Workday functionality and implementing improvements.
• Understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle processes in HRIS.
• Ability to work independently on day-to-day HRIS tasks while contributing to broader initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration and support of the Workday HRIS platform.
• Review and optimize Workday configurations, workflows, and business processes.
• Identify and resolve inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement.
• Support onboarding, HR workflows, and lifecycle processes.
• Configure and maintain system functionality for evolving business requirements and compliance.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and stakeholders to align HRIS with objectives.
• Support Workday reporting, data accuracy, and ongoing maintenance.
• Assist with HRIS projects and future technology initiatives.
• Provide guidance on HRIS processes and payroll-related workflows.
• Collaborate with vendors or consultants as needed.
