Job summary

Haverford College invites applications for a full-time HRIS Manager, serving as the primary liaison among HR, Payroll, and IITS. This role maintains Workday HCM and Payroll, supports integrations, dashboards, and reports, and guides system upgrades with a strong focus on data integrity.

The position requires expertise in Workday configuration and governance, with a proactive approach to process improvements and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus related experience in HRIS/workday environments.
• Minimum five years configuring, supporting, or administering Workday HCM and Workday Payroll.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HRIS operations, governance, data standards, security, and internal controls.
• Lead system upgrades, new modules, and enhancements; develop user guides and SOPs.
• Deliver Workday HCM training and maintain dashboards and reports for HR staff and leadership.
• Collaborate with Payroll to ensure data integrity and successful cross-functional processes.
• Coordinate with IITS for integrations, testing, and bi-annual Workday upgrades.
• Track Workday trends and propose enhancements aligned with institutional goals.
