Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking an HRIS Lead to manage SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro/WFM systems, lead enhancements, and drive improvements across HR operations. The role is 100% on-site and hands-on, configuring and administering the HRIS platform while guiding team members and ensuring data integrity.

Qualifications

• Hands-on administrator experience with an HRIS/WFM platform such as UKG Pro and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience configuring, security, and access in a production environment.
• Experience with system implementations and enhancements.
• Ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences across all levels of the organization.
• Strong commitment to handling sensitive employee data with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Lead system enhancements, configuration, process updates, system maintenance, and platform upgrades across SuccessFactors and UKG.
• Manage internal employee support ticketing process, ensuring timely, responsive resolution of requests from staff across the agency.
• Manage the third- party ticketing process with external vendors, tracking issues through resolution and holding partners accountable to commitments.
• Help execute the HRIS roadmap: evaluate requests, weigh impact versus effort, and recommend what gets built and when.
• Configure and test enhancements and reconfigurations, while maintaining system settings, workflows, and business rules.
• Create and maintain process documentation, system support guides, and standard operating procedures.
• Validate data through audits to protect data integrity and maintain accurate records, ensuring organizational hierarchy remains current.
• Supervise HRIS team member(s), setting standards for ticket handling, documentation, process flows, and turnaround.
• Evaluate the impact of system changes on end users and provide recommendations for optimization.
• Create and maintain reports, providing summaries.
• Maintain a working understanding of how processes flow across the modules.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and organizational policy, safeguarding sensitive employee data.
