Job summary

MERS Missouri Goodwill is seeking an HRIS Lead to join our Training team. This on-site role focuses on SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro/WFM, leading enhancements, maintenance, and upgrades while guiding team members.

You will oversee ticketing, vendor coordination, data integrity, and HRIS roadmap execution, with strong emphasis on security and compliance. Competitive benefits and retirement plans are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, information systems, or related field preferred; combination of education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Take a lead role in system enhancements, configuration, process updates, system maintenance, and platform upgrades across SuccessFactors and UKG.
• Manage internal employee support ticketing process, ensuring timely resolution of staff requests.
• Manage third-party ticketing with external vendors, tracking issues through resolution and holding partners accountable.
• Help execute HRIS roadmap by evaluating requests, weighing impact vs. effort, and recommending what gets built and when.
• Configure and test enhancements, maintain system settings, workflows, and business rules.
• Create and maintain process documentation, system support guides, and SOPs.
• Validate data through audits to protect data integrity and keep organizational hierarchy current.
• Supervise HRIS team members, setting standards for ticket handling and turnaround.
• Evaluate impact of system changes on end users and provide optimization recommendations.
• Create and maintain reports and summaries.
• Maintain understanding of how processes flow across modules.
• Ensure compliance with data security, privacy regulations, and organizational policy.
