The Addison Group is partnering with a well-established energy company in Austin, TX, seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to join its HR Operations team. This individual will oversee HR systems, manage HRIS processes, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of HR Operations or HRIS experience, with hands-on experience using SAP SuccessFactors or ADP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR Operations or HRIS experience.
• Hands-on with SAP SuccessFactors or ADP.
• Experience managing HRIS processes or transitions.
• Strong HR data management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HRIS platform administration and data integrity.
• Support HRIS implementations and SAP SuccessFactors transitions.
• Audit HR and payroll data for accuracy.
• Develop HR reports, dashboards, and analytics.
• Coordinate immigration/work authorization tracking.
• Manage system integrations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and finance.
• Collaborate with HRBP, Payroll, IT and other departments.
• Lead HRIS projects and provide user support.
• Maintain system documentation and provide training.
