The candidate will train HR staff and managers on HRIS processes, develop reports, perform audits for compliance, and support payroll-related integration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HRIS operations and supporting users.

• Maintain and create HRIS reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare ad hoc reports to support departmental needs.

• Support HR system improvements and project work.
• Administer and maintain HRIS platforms, including setup and troubleshooting.
• Manage user accounts and security settings for proper access.
• Oversee benefit invoicing and related processes.
• Assist in implementing new HRIS features for performance improvements.
• Maintain knowledge of payroll processes for system alignment.
