The role may involve system upgrades, process improvements, and projects requiring coordination across the HRIS team.

The HRIS Lead will serve as a key resource for process clarifications and provide guidance to the HRIS Admin and broader team, balancing daily tasks with project work.

Responsibilities

• Training HR Team, managers and employees on HRIS related systems and processes as needed.
• Maintain and create reports within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare ad hoc reports as requested to support departmental needs.
• Conduct comprehensive audits across various HR processes to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Actively contribute to and support the improvement of HR systems and business processes.
• Administer and maintain HRIS platforms, focusing on setup, updates, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Manage user accounts and security settings, ensuring proper access and functionality.
• Oversee and process benefit-related invoicing efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in the implementation of new features and functionalities to enhance system performance and usability.
