County Materials Family of Companies in Brookfield, Wisconsin is seeking an HRIS Lead to manage day-to-day HRIS operations, ensure data accuracy, support users, and contribute to system upgrades and process improvements.

You will train HR teams, create reports, audit data, manage user access, and collaborate on features rollout, payroll knowledge, and cross-functional projects to enhance HRIS performance.

Responsabilidades

• Train HR Team, managers and employees on HRIS related systems and processes as needed.
• Maintain and create reports within the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare ad hoc reports as requested to support departmental needs.
• Conduct comprehensive audits across various HR processes to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Actively contribute to and support the improvement of HR systems and business processes.
• Administer and maintain HRIS platforms, focusing on setup, updates, troubleshooting, and system optimization.
• Manage user accounts and security settings, ensuring proper access and functionality.
• Oversee and process benefit-related invoicing efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in the implementation of new features and functionalities to enhance system performance and usability.
• Maintain a working knowledge of payroll processes and procedures to provide guidance.
