On-site work is required four days per week, with flexible remote options available for up to four weeks annually.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in HRIS or systems integrations.
• Strong understanding of HR, payroll, and recruiting data flows.
• Experience with integrations (SFTP, APIs) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot integration failures and data discrepancies.
• Maintain and validate data mappings and file transfers.
